As many as 400 joint personnel tore down 39 buildings used as a cafe in the Koljem and Saljem Rawa Malang area, Cilincing Sub-district, North Jakarta, Wednesday (11/22). Those joint personnel were from Satpol PP, police, national army (TNI), PLN, Bina Marga, as well as apparatuses of Cilincing Sub-district and Urban village.
North Jakarta Satpol PP Head, Muhammad Dong said the 400 buildings were torn down, as they broke the Bylaw number 8/2017 on Public Order. Aside that, the owner used the building not according to its intended purpose and did not have an entertainment venue operating permit.
